We are recruiting for an experienced bar supervisor (to assistant manager) role with flexible hours that might suit someone who is studying or has other commitments meaning full-time employment would not be possible.

This person would be a keyholder to the premises and alongside BAU duties such as managing the bar and front-of-house duties, would be able to help manage stock, open up/close down, process cash and banking, and contribute to business development overall.

Equally, this person may have experience in a similar role in a bigger PubCo and would now want to work with a much smaller business that is intrinsically less bogged down with bureaucracy, aging IT systems and has no corporate politics.

The role would involve working closely with the General Manager (who lives at the venue) and collaborating to balance the rota with a suitable number of staff for the day and time of day, and being able to fill in when the GM is away on holiday and so forth.

Pay would be negotiable based on experience but is anticipated to be circa £15ph, with holiday pay accumulated pro-rata of 25 days per year FTE.

The Sir Colin Campbell is a high street venue but with a 'local pub' profile.  We have live traditional Irish music being played every weekend (both Saturday and Sunday), and are one of the only pubs in London that does this at the frequency we do.  We are also overtly LBGTQI+ friendly, the only pub on Kilburn High Road to be as such.
